Rocky Ireland Publishers is proud to be in our 8th year of volunteer work with the Bureau of Land Management's (BLM) Bangs Canyon Staging Area off Little Park Road. Located 8 miles southwest of Grand Junction, Colorado this area includes: Rough Canyon, the Mica Mine, Ladder Canyon, and the Tabeguache trail. As a BLM Certified Crew Leader and Archaeological Site Steward Jeffery Fleming leads the workdays.
This multi-use BLM area receives hundreds of visitors each week.
